May have prior experience in Air Con Cleaning and or Air Con installation but not required as full Air Con Cleaning training is provided

Have a valid driver’s licence

Purify Air
Training and Support

All field training is done with experienced operators. This covers areas of practical, hands on training, prospecting, quoting, product and chemical handling and use, customer contact and communication, standards for good customer service, up selling services, care and maintenance of equipment, set up your new equipment kit, dress standards and maintaining a professional image and service.

Purify Air in-house training covers a number of topics in a one day training session. These topics cover back end operations from the CRM system including IT, marketing, systems, banking and principles of how to build your business, basic accounts and book keeping, insurance requirements, Customer service, the importance of regular contact with Franchisor, basic business marketing and setting up your mobile phone.

Purify Air recognises that some of this knowledge is not fully retained by the franchisees during training. We supply Operations Manuals and IT support systems to assist the franchisees. Purify Air also knows that it is extremely beneficial for new operators to be contacted regularly during the early stages of their business.

Regular and open two way communication is vital to support new Franchisees and help develop a successful business.

We will provide a support network that can recap topics covered in the 5 day hands on theory & practical training program including Work Place Health and Safety and how best to clean different types of Air Con units. This creates a beneficial establishment phase of the business and a firm foundation to the business will lead to longer term business success.

When the franchisee has been in operation for some time regular contact is able to assist in maintaining or growing their business. This regular contact by the franchisor with the franchisee support network can ensure complacency does not enter their business. This contact acts as a reminder to continue to focus on the business and to remember the reasons why you started your own business in the first place. We strive for a win-win result because your success leads to our success and vis versa.
