Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within one (1) business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping and handling is free Australia wide. All prices displayed on this Website include charges for shipping and handling.
The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in the order receipt confirmation email and in your shipping confirmation.
The free shipping and handling and the products' related GST or other taxes will be shown in your order receipt confirmation email and can be viewed on the 'your order' screen during the checkout process, prior to finalising your order.
Prices for products and for shipping and handling are subject to change at any time without notice to you, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a shipping confirmation.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Purify Air ships to addresses within Australia, including PO/GPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Purify Air is not liable for any products damaged or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
